Good News Phoenix!  Since Tuesday, many rates have dropped:

  •  Long-term mortgage interest rates were lower and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dropped to 4.12 percent.
  • 30-year fixed rates dropped to 5.84 percent
  • 15-year fixed rate dropped to 5.4 percent.
  • 1-year adjustable rate stayed at 5.59 percent.
  • 30-year Treasury bond yield dropped down to 4.54 percent.
All in all - this is good news folks!
